The iKhedut Portal has been created to provide farmers in Gujarat with the benefits of various government schemes. Farmers can apply online by filling out the required forms. To use these schemes, you will need to keep the following documents ready:

• Copy of farmer’s land record (7/12)
• Caste certificate (SC or ST, if applicable)
• Ration card copy
• Aadhaar card of the farmer beneficiary
• Disability certificate (if the applicant is disabled)
• Details of Soul registration (if available)
• Proof of membership in a cooperative society (if any)
• Proof of membership in a milk producer association (if any)
• Mobile number
• Bank account passbook
• Consent letter from other landowners (if land is jointly owned)

Farmers can now fill out the online forms of all schemes directly on the iKhedut Portal. Earlier, applications could be submitted from the village level through VCE or from the Taluka office via a computer operator. But now, with the help of this portal, beneficiaries can easily apply online from home. Here’s how:

Steps to Apply on iKhedut Portal

Step 1: Open Google and type “Ikhedut Portal”.

• From the search results, click on https://ikhedut.gujarat.gov.in/.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Schemes” option.

Step 3: A new page will open with a list of schemes. Select the scheme you want to apply for or learn about.

Step 4: Once you click on a scheme, you will be asked whether you are already registered on the portal.

• If Yes, log in with your details.
• If No, click on New Registration to create an account.

Step 5: Fill in the online application form with details such as:

• Name and address
• Bank account details
• Land details
• Ration card information
• Other required details
• Enter the captcha code

Step 6: After filling out the form, click on Save Application to submit it.

Step 7: Take a printout of the submitted application and attach the required documents. Submit these at the office of the Deputy/Assistant Director of Horticulture of your district.
